DG-02 screw fit sensor for direct on-line installation
DG-03 is a complete pressure dewpoint sampling system with built-in sensor for up to 8 bar operation. It 'installs' with a single sample pipe connection, pre-calibrated and ready for immediate use.
A new flow control feature, unique to GP-75M, eliminate the 'atmospheric pressure sample only' limitation and allow samples to be taken directly from up to 8 bar sources . New also is the analysing technique in which the sensor itself is used as the test 'chamber' and the sample gas is passed straight through it for in line moisture analysis. The benefits of the design solution are simple, no expanding test chamber, no test chamber wetting through the inlet ports, minimal surface exposure to the sample, the test chamber is pre-dried with the sensor, the 2 cc internal space reduce the volume of sample required for dew-point analysis.
